 Such subject lines as "Hi Scott", "Hello", "Hi there", (none), and "Love the
stuff", etc. are increasingly being used by SPAMMING equipment and mass
E-mailers, and these types of subject lines get snagged by our SPAM filters.
Also snagged will be Emails sent to multiple recipients and general greetings
like "How's it going?", "Is it done?", "Are you going?" etc. Why these folks
think we're going to use their products & services is beyond me, but we
get hundreds of these Emails per day. SPAM about anti-SPAM software
is my favorite. *bink* right into the cyber-dump! So please take an extra
second and subject the Email specifically so we'll get it. If we don't respond,
we didn't get your Email. (Do give us a few days too, we're very busy...)

you'll get Jamie or Scott and we'll be more than happy to answer your
questions or help you any way we can. :) Don't hang up on the answering
machine - our operators are not standing by, they may be in another room
building a bass or off on a wood expedition. If we don't call you back,
we didn't get your message... and we love to talk with people.
