Scott's Mysteries.

This is a plain page, dedicated to the pursuit of filling in some holes in my life. Along the way of my own journey, there were some very important & influential people in my life I've lost touch with. Since I now have a little network of people I know around the country, perhaps one of you (or someone just drifting onto this page) has run across one of these folks and can clue me in on what ever happened with them...

1. Joshua Fine. Could be going by the last name Lindsay. Old hippie. Last known selling his gear at Charlie's Music in Hyannis, on Cape Cod, MA in 1990 to head to Florida for remodeling work. He was a house painter, and a bass player. A very odd & different man from a different era. He's got to be in his 60s. I learned a whole lot from him and have been grateful since. I owe him a thank you and some Captain Morgan's.

2. Tom Filogomo. Drummer for hire, from Cape Cod, MA. Probably 60s now, back in the 80s when I was young and somewhat of a dick, I had a couple of laughable bands and hired him to play some horrible gigs. He was a fringed, longhaired '70s looking dude who absolutely played the crap out of the drums, old-school style. I mean beat them like Bonham. I didn't deserve to share the stage with him, but for $100 a gig, I got to. A good, good guy.
FOUND! I don't think he remembered or cared who the hell I was!

3. Mike Webb. Drummer, spent some years in the Austin music scene. Probably in his mid 40s. Fantastic, intuitive drummer and I'd love to record with him again someday. We played in an Austin band backing up a guy named Mike Rogers who's pretty much dead to me, but I'd love to know he sobered up & found success in Nashville where he was headed in the mid '90s.

4. Filling out the drummer trifecta is Andrew Harris, grew up together in Melrose, MA. Played in bands, all of that. Last I saw him he came into my music shop in Melrose in '98. He had moved to New Orleans, he was a chef. I'm pretty sure he was still there when the storm hit, and he'd be the kind of guy to hang around a situation and help... so I can't help but wonder. Check in, Roo.

5. Bonus drummer - Mike Todd from New York City. Haven't seen him since '88. Played in a few bands on the Cape in the mid '80s when I was young and (did I mention) kind of a dick. He was a fantastic drummer with oddly shaped elbows and just a good soul. I tried to play with people older than me so I could learn. He was one of them and really helped me out, set me straight in a lot of ways. He'd be in his late 40s. Tough as nails.

6. Tracy Alexander or Tracey Alexander (Maiden/childhood name). She'll be in her early 40s, the daughter of my stepfather Jay Alexander and a woman named Marlene. Grew up in Marblehead / Lynn / Revere area of Massachusetts. Please get in touch...

Any info would be great, thanks!
